Spring Commencement Information
Spring Commencement will take place on Monday, June 18, 2012
Hotel space in Eugene will be limited starting Tuesday, June 19 due to the U.S. Olympic Track and Field Trials being held on campus starting June 22. However, this should not affect stays through Monday night.
There is no ticketing for any University graduation ceremony. Graduates may bring as many guests as they wish.

The spring celebration will begin with an academic parade at 9:00 a.m. called Duck Walk, followed by our University Graduation Celebration. Following the University Graduation Celebration, each student will attend a special ceremony dependent upon the graduate's major. These ceremonies will take place at either noon or 3:00p.m. In between ceremonies, we hope that you will feel free to enjoy Grad Fest and all campus has to offer.

Free shuttles will run from 7am-6pm between the parking lots at Autzen Stadium and the load/unload point on campus.
DO NOT attempt to park on campus on June 18. There will be multiple street closures due to the upcoming US Olympic Track and Field Trials and traffic on campus will be highly congested.
Guests are strongly encouraged to take advantage of free parking at Autzen Stadium and the free shuttle service to reach campus.
Guests should plan to arrive at the parking lot at least an hour before the start of any ceremony they wish to attend to ensure enough time to reach their ceremony site.
