We are excited to announce Spring Family Weekend 2012! Join us May 18-20 for exciting events and opporunities to connect with your student!
Friday, May 18
6:00pm UO Baseball vs. Seattle U. (PK Park)
9:00pm Ducks After Dark late-night movie series (Columbia 150)
Double Feature: Hugo and The Princess Bride. Doors open at 8:30 and the event features free pizza and awesome door prizes!
Saturday, May 19
10:00am Spring Family Weekend Spencer’s Butte Hike
Join UO Family Programs for a hike of Eugene’s Spencer’s Butte, a moderate climb up to a 2,000-plus foot summit with a 360 degree view of the beautiful Lorane Valley. There is no cost, but participants must register in advance by emailing myduckis@uoregon.edu. The group will board a charter bus in front of MacArthur Court at 10:00am to transport to and from the trailhead and will return to campus by 12:30pm. Water and light snacks provided.

Visit downtown Eugene’s weekly exhibition of fantastic food carts and area arts and crafts
1:00pm-3:30pm University Honors and Awards Ceremony (EMU Ballroom)
At this event, the University recognizes more than 100 UO students for their leadership and service to the campus community. Students will be notified in advance if they are receiving an award.
2:00pm UO Baseball vs. Seattle U. (PK Park)
6:00pm Roller Derby: Emerald City Roller Girls bout vs. Humboldt, CA (Lane Events Center on W 13th Ave)
Come see Eugene’s premier women’s flat-track roller derby team in action! Tickets are $10-$15 and often sell out in advance. More information is available at www.emeraldcityrollergirls.net

10:00am-5:00pm Mt. Pisgah Arboretum Wildflower and Music Festival (Howard Buford Recreation Area outside Springfield)
Annual wildflower and music festival at one of Eugene’s most scenic and iconic park sites. Suggested donation is $5 and more information is available at www.mountpisgaharboretum.com
